The thickest Chinese man lost weight a twice


Yang Chang, the Chinese recognized as the thickest in 2007, slowed down his weight in half, reported China Daily. In the words of Yang Chang, he does not going to stop on its laurels, and intends to lose 180 pounds. A year ago he weighed 480 pounds.

Yang Chang decided to lose weight after he lost his job because of its completeness. In addition, he had to live on unemployment benefits and greatly reduced his diet. According to him, before he can easily eat a pound of rice, three pounds of meat at one time. Yang Chang was trying to lose weight in different ways, but they basically gave only temporary results.

He was been able to help at the center of Traditional Chinese Medicine Changchun Kanda. Yang Chang won the free medical treatment at this center in the national competition called "Charming fat people." As a doctor of the center told, for this patient has been developed the treatment that combines acupuncture and "fire therapy."  They put a wet towel sprinkle with herbs on his stomach. Then they set fire to the grass to help for the heat to absorb medicine into the skin, said the doctor. Also, the fat man had to sit on a rigid diet.

In the words of Yang Chang , weight loss is a painful and joyless exercise but he will not to deviate from the target.
