How does physical activity affect health?

Low physical activity along with smoking, overweight, high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure, is the “universal” and independent risk factor for a range of chronic diseases, which can be affected.
Many diseases (cardiovascular, metabolic diseases, human motor system, etc.) can not be attributed to diseases of age, and disease to lack of regular physical activity coaching.

The benefits of physical activity

1. Improved breathing

If physical activity increases oxygen consumption, oxygen delivery system trains. Later, when the regular classroom, tissue and organs is better supplied with oxygen and at rest.

- Improve flexibility;

Stonehenge

About Stonehenge.

The huge slabs and uprights of stone at Stonehenge on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire were somehow inched into position about four thousand years ago in the Bronze Age. This prehistoric monument consists of two circles of huge stone blocks. Inside there are two groups of stones in the shape of a horseshoe. No written record exists of the origins of these features and they have always been surrounded by mystery.

At one time people thought that Stonehenge was a Druid temple. The Druids were a Celtic religious group who were suppressed in Great Britain soon after the Roman Conquest. Some people believe that they were a group of priests while others regard them as medicine-men who practised human sacrifice and cannibalism. It is also thought that the circle of stones was an immense temple in which to honour the sun god and perhaps even to offer human sacrifice.

Love

What is love.

 What is love?

What do you think?

Everyone has an opinion on this matter. But we all agree on one thing – love is the most wonderful feeling in the world. Nobody can argue with that. All men are created to love, and sooner or later everyone realizes this. Perhaps this is the meaning of life – to find a soul mate, find someone with whom willing to spend the rest of life.

It’s really great to know that someone loves you so much that he is ready to sacrifice themselves for you, ready to share with you all your troubles, ready to support in difficult times. I believe that everyone should experience this wonderful feeling at least once in their lives. It certainly does, I believe it!
Love is a mutual feeling. Unrequited love is defective, it can not exist for a long time. So do not waste time flirting.

Look for love and love will find you.

Nature

About nature.

As far as I consider nature is the crown of creation. It expresses its beauty in different ways. And every season has its features both positive and negative.

Spring is one of the most delightful season of the year because it symbolizes the transformation from the cold and grey of winter to the life and warmth of summer. Spring is the time when nature wakes up after the winter sleep. Everybody is automatically much happier in spring bacause the days become longer and lighter and you can spend more time outside because of the warmer weather.

Traditionally for most people summer is the favourite season of the year because it implicits warm weather, lots of sun and summer holidays. Summer officially begins in June but warm weather can begin earlier than this. Summer is the time to go camping. We spend time at the seaside or just relax in the comfort of one’s garden.

Consider Autumn it is time when nature fades away. Days grow shorter. Cold weather sets in. But there are many people who like autumn. They say autumn is the time of harvest, golden leaves, it’s time when nature is quiet and very attractive. Poets of all nations have sung autumn as the most beautiful time of the year.

As I see it I like winter much better. Winter is also a very beautiful season not only because it’s associated with snow and such holidays as Christmas and New Year but also because it has become a tradition for our family to spend our vacations skiing and enjoying our time. Fortunately it is often for Belarus to experience a lot of snow and it is very frosty sometimes. I feel peace in my soul and I’m very happy in winter.

In order not to lag behind the times we must learn different foreign languages. We realize it we learn. Both teachers and learners are interested in more effective and enjoyable language learning. Teachers-trainers are full of ideas on how to make foreign language lessons more active. What we need nowadays is a range of languages on offer for children to choose from. In school we have to make facilities available for teaching a wider range of modern languages. And it’s not enough just to learn the language. What are The Mass Media?

Mass media.

A message can be communicated to a mass audience by many means: hardly any person lives through a day without felling the impact of at least one of the mass media. The oldest media are those of the printed word and picture which carry their message through the sense of sight: the weekly and daily newspapers, magazines, books, pamphlets, direct mail circulars, and billboards. Radio is the mass communications medium aimed at the sense of sound, where as television and motion pictures appeal both to the visual and auditory senses.

The reader turns to his newspaper for news and opinion, entertainment, and the advertising it publishes. In the weekly the focus is upon the reader’s own community; in the daily the focus is upon the nation and the world as well. Magazines give him background information, entertainment, opinion, and the advertising; books offer longer range and more detailed examination of subjects, as well as entertainment; pamphlets, direct mail pieces, and billboards bring the views of commercial and civic organizations. Films may inform and persuade as well as entertain. Television and radio offer entertainment, news and opinion, and advertising messages and can bring direct coverage of public events into the listener’s home.

Charging in The Morning

Charging in The Morning

Are you doing exercises in the morning?

Charging in the morning

People who are far from the sport, often express the view that morning exercise is not only useless but harmful. They bring such arguments that any athlete or sports doctor can destroy a couple of seconds. It makes no sense to list these arguments against the morning exercise, because they’re all motivated by a not very good human qualities – laziness.

Numerous studies have proven that charging in the morning as it “turns on” the human body, turning it into a working mode. Accelerate blood circulation improves all organ systems and the brain, which energizes the entire working day. To the next morning you will not be tempted to abandon the charge, get up early, turn on a live aggressive music that can set the rhythm of your training. Sports channels can also help you wake up, racing bikes, sports can also provide you a good incentive to literally run out of laziness.

Note, however, that in no case be dramatically out of bed and awake to begin to perform intense exercise. At a minimum, you should give your body 7-10 minutes of time to begin to wake up. Charging an untrained person can be from 15 to 50 minutes depending on intensity. Do not forget that the charge in the fresh air gives a dual effect: training from the outside really can work miracles.

In general, the main thing – do not forget that morning exercise – it’s not coaching, so it should be a calm and measured. If you remember about it, except for health morning exercise will give you a huge charge of strength and vivacity of the day. Engage your health!

Vitebsk is The Most Beautiful City in The World

Vitebsk is The Most Beautiful City in The World

I’m from Belarus, and Vitebsk is my native town.

Of all the towns and cities I had a chance to visit the only place where I feel peaceful and comfortable is my native town. According to ancient scripts Vitebsk was founded more than one thousand years ago by princess Olga. During its long history the city faced many defeats and victories, many times it was entirely burnt down but each time it rose up like Phoenix in the freshness of youth and remained alive. Unfortunately very few historical structures have survived and we hope that many of them will be restored in future. Vitebsk has many tourist attractions. The old centre of the town with the clock tower, narrow streets, Uspenskaya hill attract more and more tourists. The Dvina river with its picturesque banks adds to the beauty of the city.

Vitebsk is also a place of cultural interest. There are several cinemas, concert halls, two theatres in the city as well as recreation centres, where people can play sports.

Many talented people and men of achievements were born and began their creative activity here. Among them there are such world famous artists as Marc Chagall, Malevich, Pen, Zaborov, a prominent musician Solertinsky and others. The cultural traditions of the city are in constant progress and Vitebsk has become a place of different international festivals, for instance the annual festival of classical music after Solertinsky, pop music festival called Slavyanski Bazaar, Marc Chagall and Repin summer plenar and the festival of modern choreography. The citizens enjoy visiting numerous picture galleries including Marc Chagall art centre.

Vitebsk drama theatre, named after Y. Kolas is also worth mentioning. It has gained its popularity not only here but in other cities and countries as well. The repertoire of the Theatre contains the plays of modern and classical authors, the actors are highly appreciated as well too.

Vitebsk has a highly developed industry. There are many industrial enterprises in it which produce TV-sets, radio-sets, watches, electronic computers, textile, foot-wear, food and other goods.

In general Vitebsk is a typical modern city with numerous educational establishments and offices, high buildings and crowded streets. The inhabitants of the city are friendly and hospitable and always eager to show respect and interest to the people who come to visit it.

Do You Believe in Ghosts?

Do You Believe in Ghosts?

About the extraordinary phenomena.

Do you believe in ghosts?
The question to everyone, but especially to the absolute rationalists and atheists! Do you believe in them, maybe even seen them. Tell me.

I believe that the ghost is an unusual phenomenon and manifests itself as a rule, no more than once.
Contrary to conventional views, in most cases, when they see ghosts, they talked about the ghosts of the living, not dead people. Only a small proportion of these phenomena is related to visual sensations. In most cases, ghosts manifest its presence in other ways: by touch, noise or muffled rapping, howling, sound like voices of animals and other strange noises and smells of unexplained origin.
