 People who are far from the sport, often express the view that morning exercise is not only useless but harmful. They bring such arguments that any athlete or sports doctor can destroy a couple of seconds. It makes no sense to list these arguments against the morning exercise, because they’re all motivated by a not very good human qualities – laziness.

 Numerous studies have proven that charging in the morning as it “turns on” the human body, turning it into a working mode. Accelerate blood circulation improves all organ systems and the brain, which energizes the entire working day. To the next morning you will not be tempted to abandon the charge, get up early, turn on a live aggressive music that can set the rhythm of your training. Sports channels can also help you wake up, racing bikes, sports can also provide you a good incentive to literally run out of laziness.

 Note, however, that in no case be dramatically out of bed and awake to begin to perform intense exercise. At a minimum, you should give your body 7-10 minutes of time to begin to wake up. Charging an untrained person can be from 15 to 50 minutes depending on intensity. Do not forget that the charge in the fresh air gives a dual effect: training from the outside really can work miracles.

 In general, the main thing – do not forget that morning exercise – it’s not coaching, so it should be a calm and measured. If you remember about it, except for health morning exercise will give you a huge charge of strength and vivacity of the day. Engage your health!
