How does physical activity affect health?

Low physical activity along with smoking, overweight, high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure, is the “universal” and independent risk factor for a range of chronic diseases, which can be affected.
Many diseases (cardiovascular, metabolic diseases, human motor system, etc.) can not be attributed to diseases of age, and disease to lack of regular physical activity coaching.

The benefits of physical activity

1. Improved breathing

If physical activity increases oxygen consumption, oxygen delivery system trains. Later, when the regular classroom, tissue and organs is better supplied with oxygen and at rest.

2. The improvement of the cardiovascular system

Heart trains to operate more efficiently (pumps more blood with each beat, the pulse becomes slower) reduces the risk of blood clots, lowers cholesterol, reduces the risk of atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure.

3. Improvement of the human motor system:

- Increase in muscle strength, endurance;
- Improve flexibility;
- To strengthen bone tissue, improve joint mobility;

- Decrease in the rate of bone calcium loss age in older people → decrease in the rate of osteoporosis.

4. Improving the work of other bodies:
- Stimulation of intestinal motility and constipation prevention → hemorrhoids;

- Decrease in blood glucose, increased insulin sensitivity → decrease risk of diabetes;

- Reducing the risk of cancer.

5. Reducing overweight and obesity prevention

6. The psychological effect

Produced endorphins, creating a good feeling and mood, increases resistance to stress, depression, sleep normalized.
